ANNOTATSIYA
Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak jismoniy tarbiya o‘qituvchilarining autokompetentligini rivojlantirishning nazariy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Autokompetentlik tushunchasi, uning tarkibiy qismlari va rivojlanish omillari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, o‘qituvchilarning o‘z-o‘zini baholash, refleksiya va kasbiy o‘sish jarayonlaridagi roli yoritiladi.
