Abstract
ANNOTATSIYA
Transchegaraviy daryolarni boshqarish xalqaro munosabatlar tizimida judda katta ahamiyatga ega hisoblanadi. Iqlim o‘zgarishi va institutsional kamchiliklar muammolarni yanada murakkablashtirmoqda. Diplomatik vositalar, xalqaro tashkilotlar va uchinchi tomon ishtiroki muhim bo‘lsa-da, ularning aralashuvi har doim ham samarali natija bermasligi mumkin. Ushbu maqolada shu va shunga o‘xshash fikrlar haqida mulohaza yurutiladi.
