Abstract

Harbiy jamoalarda liderlik muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, bu faqat jangovar vazifalarni muvaffaqiyatli bajarish uchun emas, balki jamoaning moral holatini saqlash va uning strategik maqsadlarini amalga oshirish uchun ham zarurdir. Shuning uchun, harbiy tashkilotlar uchun liderlarni aniqlash va ularning salohiyatini to‘g‘ri baholash istiqbolli imkoniyatlarga ega.
